Habitat: On a gentle north-facing slope ... Calcareous fen dominated by Carex prairea and C. interior. Ph 8.1, conductivity 700 micromhos. Travertine common near surface of peat. Associated with Parnassia glauca, Cladium mariscoides, Rhynchospora capilllacea.
Description: Infrequent, mostly near edge.
