Habitat: Seep on both sides of road, below cattle tank with Polypogon monspeliensis, Mimulus guttatus, Verbena, Eleocharis, Cirsium neomexicanum, Plantago, Xanthium, Stachys coccinia, Baccharis salicifolia, B. sarothrodes, Tamarix, Veronica peregrina, Juncus bufonius, Mecardonia vandellioides, Centaurium calycosum, Triodanis perfoliata ... moist soil in edge of seep.
