Habitat: Cedar (Thuja occidentalis) swanp with some Fraxinus nigra and Acer rubrum. Understory with Osmunda claytoniana, Gymnocarpium dryopteris, Athyrium filix-femina, Maianthemum canadense, Galium triflorum, Aralia nudicaulis, Circaea alpine, Cornus canadensis, Trientalis borealis, Coptis trifolia, and others.
