tree, to 13.09 m in height, DBH 8.2 cm, trunk height to foliage 5.96 m, crown height 7.13 m, crown width 3.47 m; foliage 1.2 kg mature wet mass, 0.073 kg juvenile wet mass; outer bark with lenticels; fissures vertical; bark light brown; cambium brown; wood light brown, white; exudate absent; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot. Local name: guakul Local use: used to treat snake bites
