small tree, to 7.7 m in height, DBH 5.1 cm, trunk height to foliage 2.9 m, crown height 4.8 m, crown width 2.7 m; foliage 1 kg mature wet mass, 0.107 kg juvenile wet mass; outer bark rough, flaky; fissures vertical, narrow; bark light brown, white, grey; cambium light brown, yellow, white; wood light brown, white; exudate absent; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot.
