Description: small tree, to 9.12 m in height, DBH 9.4 cm, trunk height to foliage 1.12 m, crown height 8 m, crown width 2.8 m; foliage 8 kg mature wet mass, 0.077 kg juvenile wet mass; wood dark brown; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot. Local name: tantan Local use: latex used as glue to attach dried aninmal skins to drums, for tuning drums, and on arrows; timber for fence construction and firewood
