Habitat: Found near the eastern shoreline of Silver Lake (ID 62008300), a 70 acre eutrophic basin situated in the St. Paul - Baldwin Plains Ecological Subsection. Poor water clarity, water bright green in color. Wind blowing towards the eastern shoreline. Individuals locally sparse and floating on the water's surface up against a Typha angustifolia stand.
Substrate: Muck substrate.
Associated Species: Other associates include Wolffia columbiana, Spirodela polyrrhiza, Lemna turionifera.
Description: Dorsal papilla prominent.
