Habitat: Found near the northern shoreline of Josephine Lake (ID 62005700), a 115 acre eutrophic basin situated in the St. Paul-Baldwin Plains Ecological Subsection. Water clarity good. Individuals locally sparse and seemingly sparse lakewide. Floating on the surface of the water and collecting in a narrow channel.
Substrate: Sand-silt substrate.
Associated Species: Associates include Wolffia columbiana, W. borealis, Lemna turionifera, Spirodela polyrrhiza.
Description: Dorsal papilla prominent.
