Locality: United States, Minnesota, Winona, In the Whitewater Wildlife Management Area. 5 miles northeast of St. Charles, in a wetland in an isolated 3/4 acre bowl-shaped depression on a broad mid-bluff terrace along the South Fork Whitewater River.

Habitat: The wetland depression is ringed by Fraxinus nigra. The Lysimachia is in a sedge-dominated portion of the wetland.
Substrate: On peat over clay.
Associated Species: Associates include Dulichium arundinaceum, Carex lasiocarpa, and Cicuta bulbifera.
