Habitat: Wooded patch at the intersection of two bike trails, soil moist and loamy, site sunny on southern and western edges, otherwise moderately shaded, edges probably mowed. Associated species: Populus deltoides, Rhamnus cathartica, Fraxinus americana, Acer negundo, Schizachyrium scoparium, Ageratina altissima, Solidago altissimus, Festuca ovina, Trifolium repens.
