Habitat: along margin of shallow, boggy lake. At water line on floating bog mat. In wet, exposed peat. Full sun. Most common in areas disturbed by beaver activity.
Associated Species: Drosera intermedia, Lycopus uniflorus, Rhynchospora alba, Carex oligosperma, Dulichium arundinaceum, Vaccinium macrocarpon, Eriocaulon septangulare.
