Habitat: Large inter-drumlin wetland complex forming the headwaters of [creek] ... Conifer swamp dominated by Larix laricina with frequent Picea mariana. Saturated peat; generally growing around tree bases and other raised substrate microsites. In Sphagnum spp. and feathermoss carpets. Associated species include Carex leptalea, C. disperma, Rubus pubescens, Cornus canadensis, Linnaea borealis, Thelypteris palustris, Smilacina trifolia, Mitella nuda, Lonicera villosa, L. canadensis, Vaccinium oxycoccus, Ledum groenlandicum, Alnus incana, Ribes hirtellum.
