In peatland ... in narrow band of rich sedge fen along the northwest shoreline of a shallow, boggy, ~40-acre lake. Quaky saturated peat. Full sun ... Associated species include Carex lasiocarpa, Dulichium arundinaceum, Calamagrostis canadensis, Agrostis scabra, Leersia oryzoides, Aster borealis, Typha x glauca, Bidens frondosa, Cicuta maculata.
