Open, sedgy lowland swamp dominated by scattered tall Larix laricina. Very dry ... Dominant associates include Carex lacustris, Calamagrostis canadensis and Carex stricta. Other associates include Bidens connata, Alnus incana, Typha x glauca, Potentilla palustris, Pilea fontana, Thelypteris palustris, Lysimachia thyrsiflora, Ulmus americana, Larix laricina, Ledum groenlandicum.
