on small bedrock "island" ...In crevices of granite on south end of island 10-20 feet above the lake. In full sun in very sparsely-vegetated area. Asscoiates include Draba arabisans, Campanula rotundifolia, Potentilla norvegica, Achillea millefolium, Deschampsia cespitosa, Poa sp.
