Habitat: five acre bog surrounded by rather steep, 70ft, forested morainal hills. In continuous sphagnum cover under moderately dense canopy of Larix laricina. Associated species include Carex chordorrhiza, Lysimachia thyrsiflora, Menyanthes trifoliata.
