Habitat: Wetland complex in rolling forested moraine ... In low shrub poor fen / scrub tamarack in central portion of wetland complex. Full sun to parial shde of stunted Larix laricina. Quaky, deep, saturated peat. Associates include Eriophorum vaginatum var. spissum, E. chamissonis, Carex chordorrhiza, C. lasiocarpa, Glyceria canadensis, Ledum groenlandicum, Chamaedaphne calyculata, Vaccinium oxycoccus, Andromeda glaucophylla, Smilacina trifoliata.
