Strongly-rolling forested moraine ... in sedge fen. Forming the dominant cover in southern portion of small (~3-acre) basin. Full sun. Spongy saturated peat. Continuous Sphagnum spp. moss carpets. Associated species include Carex lasiocarpa, C. canescens, Andromeda glaucophylla, Betula glandulifera, Chamaedaphne calyculata.
