on sandy. open south facing bank of the [river]. Slope ~50 degrees and about 6 feet high above water line. Other Associatd species include Aster ericoides, Desmodium canadense, Andropogon gerardii, Astragalus neglectus, Galium borealis, Monarda fistulosa, Equisetum hyemale, Maianthemum canadense, Poa pratensis, Corylus americana.
