Habitat: inter-drumlin wetland complex ... in narrow band of rich sedge fen on margin of small (<5 -acre) bog pond. Mostly at water's edge and along beaver excavated channel leading away from the pond. In habitat dominated by Carex lasiocarpa. Quaky saturated peat. Full sun. Additional associates include Dulichium arundincaeum, Utricularia intermedia, U. minor, Potamogeton gramineus, Triadenum fraseri, Potentilla palustris, Cicuta bulbifera.
