Description:
Est 2-5 days past peak anthesis (spring 1 week early). A shrub with 4 stems, the largest 2 m tall, and 4 cm basal dia. Stamens ca 10; anthers whitish. Simple thorns present, but relatively short. Compound thorns absent.
