Habitat: in Boreal-Hardwood Conifer forest on outwash. Canoopy species: Abies balseamea [sic] and Populus tremuloides. Understory species include Rhus radicans, Corylus americana, Quercus rubra, Populus tremuloides, Viburnum triloblum [sic], and Corylus cornuta. Associated species include Thalicturm [sic] dioidum, Uvularia grandiflora, Pteridium aquilinum, Carex pensylvanica, Clintonia borealis, and Maianthemum canadense.
