Habitat: in veg mats on minimally sloping bedrock beach, and scattered clumps along shrub margin. With Lobelia kalmi [sic], Pinguicula vulgaris, Primula mistassinica, Carex aquatilis, C. bauxbaumii [sic], alnus viridus, Solidago ptarmicoides, Potentilla fruticosa, Euphrasia hudsoniana, Deschampsia cespitosa, Halenia deflexa, Scirpus cespitosus. Extends from shrub margin out about 3m. Also along edge of shore pool on moss coverd rock shore.
