large granite outcrop complex rising to 60 feet above river and surrounding landscape.In full sun. In thin soil near exposed bedrock. Associates include Andropogon gerardii, Sorghastrum nutans, Allium stellatum, Commandra umbellata, Liatris aspera, Prunus pumila, Rubus cf. multifer, Rhus glabra, Spiraea alba.
