Habitat: Mixed oak-maple-ash forest strip between boat launch and road; canopy 100%, moist rich soil on lwer southwest facing slight slope; ephemeral pool at base of slope. Associated with Aralia nudicaulis, Desmodium glutinosum, Eurybia macrophylla, Osmunda claytoniana, and Amphicarpaea bracteata.
