Habitat: Site appears to be previous burn site. Overstory Pinus strobus with some P. resinosa and dying P. banksiana. Shrubs Corylus cornuta, Salix, Rubus. Among Eurybia macrophylla, Tanacetum vulgare, and (one) Euphrasia officinalis.
Description: Only 2 plants here, and another 2 plants elsewhere on portage.
