Habitat: At margin of fen marl. In closed basin wetland with black spruce bog around a small pond, among bedrock controlled hills. Associates include Dulichium arundinaceum, Chamaedaphne calyculata, Drosera rotundifolia, Vaccinium oxycoccos, Iris versicolor, Triadenum fraseri.
Description: Approximately 100 plants, many in fruit, in several clumps.
