Habitat: In small, shallow pond of small, low gradient stream. In murky water; ,/= .75m deep. Growing from deep organics over bedrock. Associates: Potamogeton alpinus, P. gramineus, Elodea cf. nutallii, Najas flexilus [sic], Potamogeton amplifolius, Bidens becki [sic], Nymphaea odorata.
Description: Localized patch. One in fruit, the rest vegetative.
