Habitat:
In a brushy opening in oak-hickory forest. Soil rocky/gravelly, well-drained. Growing in partial shade.
Description:
A third of fruits black, rest red or green; conical to short-oblong, 12-18 mm across, 14-21 long. Primocanes to 2.7 m long, high-arching. Floricanes to 2 m long, arching, not tip-rooting.
