Growing in large rock pool (ca. 20 ft by 30 ft) with lots of native vegetation; water depth to about 4cm. W/ Cyperus acuminatus, Carex cf. molesta, Gratiola neglecta, Rumex sp, Eleocharis compressa, Poa pratensis, P. compressa, Elymus cf. repens, Bidens cf. cernua, Isoetes melanopoda, Eleocharis cf. acicularis, & Elatine triandra.

Common; plants mostly in late fruit.
