Habitat: Tamarack Swamp on floating mat severed by [hwy]; Fairly sparse canopy of Larix laricina. Rather dense tall shrub layer dominated by Betula glandulifera. In continuous carpet of Sphagnum moss. Asociates include Thelypteris palustris, Calopogon tuberosus, Carex lasiocarpa, C. chordorrhiza, Eriophorum chamissonis, Betula glandulifera, Vaccinium macrocarpon.
