Habitat: Tamarack / poor fen or bog. Tamarack 25-50% cover; 0.5 m to 10 m crown height. Growing in sphagnum hummocks. Ledum groenlandicum, Eriophorum vaginatum, Carex disperma, Carex paupercula, Vaccinium myrtilloides, Iris versicolor, Alnus rugosa.
