Habitat: Surface of the ground dry, but plants likely influenced by high water table. At the edge of an aspen woodland (trembling aspen). In sandy, dry-mesic soil. Associated with Prunus serotina, Betula papyrifera, Carya cordiformis, Tilia americana, Acer negundo.
Description: Floricane 1.7 m long; arching to low-arching. Primocane 1.7 m long; arching.
