In a forested swamp with a thick carpet of Sphagnum moss. Site dominated by Picea mariana and Alnus incana ssp. rugosa.
Associated with Chamaedaphne calyculata var. angustifolia, Carex tenuiflora, Kalmia polifolia, Carex magellanica ssp. irrigua, Glyceria striata.
Frequent at this site.
