Habitat: In a brushy roadside habitat. Associated with Rhys glabra, Zanthoxylum americanum, Cornus foemina ssp. racemosa.
Description: Fruits red, soft, L=1.0-2.5 cm, W=0.95-1.15 cm; nutlets 3-4. An open-grown shrub with 4 stems, each about 3 m tall, and 4-6 cm diameter. Stamens about 10, anthers creamy white. No compound thorns present. Collected from the same stem as WRS26536.
