Habitat: Within mowed path and encroaching 2-3 ft into restored prairie units. Associates: Bromus inermis, Andropogon gerardii, Lotus corniculatus, Ratibida pinnata, Dalea purpurea, Sporobolus heterolepis. Just SE of this site is old field of Smooth brome and Canada Goldenrod where PISA is thick and outcompeting Canada Goldenrod over about 40-60 acre area.
Description: thick and thin patches, 2 ft tall, white flowers, no bracts underneath umbel.
