Habitat: Dry, east facing slopes with a mixture of natice and non-native grasses and forbs. Lower 3/4 of slope with abundant Lotus corniculatus and Medicago sativa. Upper 1/4 of slope (near crest) has native prairie species including Echinacea angustifolia. Associates: Symphyotrichum ericoides, Panicum sp., Bromus inermis.
