Habitat: Area dominated by Carex cf. pellita. Growing in moist sedge peat with mosses present on the 'soil' surface. Associates in addition to Carex sp(p). Include Eutrochium maculatum, Iris sp., Spartina pectinata, Typha latifolia, Lycopus asper, Asclepias incarnata.
Description: Common to abundant in 1/4 acre, but scattered over several acres.
