Description: Stamens ca 10, anthers white; compound thorns absent, simple thorns numerous A large open-grown shrub with 3 stems, each about 3 m tall and 3 cm dbh; 2-3 days past peak of anthesis (spring 1 1/2 weeks late) Collected from same stem as WRS 26408 (fruiting specimen)
