Stamens ca 10, anthers white; compound thorns absent, simple thorns frequent Stems 2, diameter 10 & 12 cm, height 5.1 meters, branches more or less ascending; At peak anthesis this date (spring ca 1 week late this yr) Collected from same stem as WRS 26429 (fruiting specimen)
