Associated species include Andropogon gerardii, Schizachrium scoparium, Poa compressa, Medicago sativa, M. lupulina, Melilotus alba, Asclepias syriaca, Asparagus officinalis, Petalostemum purpureum, Allium stellatum, Linum sulcatum.
