Habitat:
in prairie remnant of old field on south edge along oak woodland. Prairie dominated by Andropogon gerardii and Setaria glauca. Sand outwash on dry, rolling hills along dirt road. Eragrostis trichodes, Dicanthelium [sic] spp., Rudbeckia hirta, Stachys hispida, Artemisia ludovidiana, Vicia americana, Fragaria virginiana.
