Habitat:
Steep (55 degree), north-facing bedrock slope on subtle shelves with Corydalis sempervirens, Polypodium virginianum, Danthonia spicata, Pleurozium schreberi, Polytrichum sp. and assorted lichens, etc. Several similar appearing clumps at location.

Pinus banksiana, Maianthemum canadense, Cypripedium acaule, Danthonia spicata, etc.
