Steep, north-facing bedrock slope; at midslope in tufts of Pleurozium schreberi, Polytrichum sp. and assorted lichens, etc. Various clumps of plants at immediate location appearing to be different Huperzia spp. or hybrids.
Acer rubrum, Fraxinus pennsylvanica, Acer spicatum, Ribes triste, Rubus pubescens, Carex intumescens, C. deflexa, C. brunnescens, C. criinta, etc.
