Habitat: At base of mossy, bedrock slope with a scatttered canopy of Populus tremuloides and Betula papyrifera. In shallow, duffy substrate (over bedrock) with Dryopteris carthusiana.
Associated Species: Fraxinus pennsylvanica, Alnus incana, Ranunculus abortivus, Persicaria amphibia, Impatiens capensis, Stellaria longifolia, Athyrium felix-femina, Osmunda claytoniana, Calamagrosits canadensis, Carex lacustris, etc.
Notes: LBG-Appears to be good H. lucidula.
