Habitat: Base of N-facing cliff with Polytrichum, Peltigera, etc. Plants with gemma. One gemma sprouting new plant. Another Huperzia (LBG # 6022; without gemma) was collected nearby.
Associated Species: Rhododendron groenlandicum, Myrica gale, Chamaedaphne calyculata, Iris versicolor, Dulichium arundinaceum, Eriophorum vaginatum, etc.
