Base of N-facing cliff with Polytrichum, Peltigera, etc. Plants without gemma. Huperzia c.f. lucicula (LBG # 6021; with gemma) was collected nearby. Leaves toothed with only few stomata above.
Pinus strobus, Betula papyrifera, Abies balsamea, Acer spicatum, Polypodium virginianum, Gymnocarpium dryopteris, Lobaria pulmonaria, etc.
