Habitat: Along a small creek-drainage at base of bedrock outcrop with Acer rubrum, Fraxinus pennsylvanica, Acer spicatum, Ribes triste, Rubus pubescens, Carex intumescens, C. deflexa, C. brunnescens, C. criinta, etc.
Associated Species: Hylocomnium splendens, Leucobryum glaucum, etc.
Description: Various tufts of Huperzia "selago" types, Lycopodium dendroideum and L. annotinum nearby.
