Habitat: Ecotone of graminoid wetland drainage and mixed Fraxinus pennsylvanica, Populus tremuloides, Thuja occidentalis forest with Alnus incana, Rhamus alnifolia, Rubus pubescens, Petasites frigidus var. sagittatus, Geum rivale, Carex castanea, etc.
Associated Species: Alnus incana, Corylus cornuta, Rubus idaeus, Ranunculus acris, Leucanthemum vulgare, Milium effusum, etc.
