Habitat: Bedrock outcrop and Pinus banksiana-Quercus rubra woodland with P. strobus, Acer rubrum, Vaccinium angustifolium, Campanula rotundifolia, Selaginella rupestris, Carex tonsa var. rugosperma, Polytrichum sp., reindeer lichens, etc.
